School has started. Please keep your brain in its upright position

Hey guys,
  So as my last post said, school started this past Monday. She has made a couple of friends in school, one of which is the only other girl in the class. All the boys are blonde, and the one other girl I think is blonde as well. Next Thursday is the beginning of dance classes, and shortly after that her fall swim classes start. I'm still avoiding monkeys like the plague, but other than that, everything is fine here. Thats about it. Love you guys, and talk to ya'll later.

School is starting back up. Oh joy.

Hey Guys,
   So school is started for our little !@#$%$@@#$ :) on the 29th of this month, which means I got to get her back on a normal sleeping schedule. For some reason, ever since they got back from Watertown for Angela's birthday. (which was the end of July), she has been sleeping until 11-12 o'clock in the afternoon, and not going to bed til about Midnight-ish. (She stayed up til like two am one day  this week) which yes I know is not good for her, but I honestly do not have any idea how to get her to actually go to sleep any earlier. Do you guys have any ideas? We are gonna start getting her up at the normal school year times (ie: 9:30am and go to bed at about 9:00pm and see what happens.) Short of that, I do not know what to do. As usual, she is driving me absolutely bananas and is now howling at absolutely nothing. Thanks Angela. I love you guys, and I'll talk to ya'll later.

Stupid Trains

Hey guys,
   Okay I want to start this post out with something that involves Raven only by coincidence. As, I am assuming, most of you know, we live in an apartment right next to working railroad tracks. Note that: WORKING RAILROAD TRACKS!!!. Okay, I don't know if it is just one driver piloting all the trains that go through, or different drivers and this one person just has a massive thing for his flippin horn on the train. I mean, approaching an intersection, a couple of quick blasts, maybe, but this guy just lays on the damn (sorry for the language grand-mama) thing like the button pays his checks. Angela suggested that perhaps the horn was automatic. Ya, it ain't. I watched him today, apparently, a couple of the kids next door did something regarding the tracks, cause I saw him standing on the front of the train just reading them the riot act. When he got back in the train, I saw him hold the button down a few times. He has to realize this is a residential section. I mean mind you, none of the people in this section are exactly Bill Gates, but jeez.

Okay, onto what der leetle missy has been doing this week (and last, sorry bout that) aside from driving me absolutely bananas, she starting school again on the 29th. Her last swim lesson at the Y is this coming week, her actual dance classes start sometime in September, I'm sure I'll get in trouble for  this but I do not know when it starts. Thats it for now cause Raven wants to watch something on the computer. Talk to ya'll later

Swim Lessons

Hey Guys
    So it is 12:10 here, and I am finally churning out a new blog post. Sorry, it is slightly late. Stayed up all night last night. Stupid me, huh? :) So, swim lessons. Little Missy is taking swimming lessons at the local YMCA on Wednesdays. This fall, she will be taking lessons at a college here in town on Saturdays instead, so Angela can drive. As it stands right now, I take her in the stroller. As we were coming back from them this past Wednesday, a car was driving down the road, and I suddenly hear someone yelling "God loves you!!!" Got a pretty good chuckle out of that. I thought I had left the Bible Belt. Apparently not lol. Anyway, I have not had a chance to videotape Raven doing the "Princess Dance". Fortunately though, she still remembers it. I will try to get it this week, though. Don't know what next week will be. Guess it will be a surprise for all of us :) Talk to ya'll later

Princess Camp, and Ballet Oh my!!

Hey guys, So Raven had Princess Camp this past week at the dance studio where she will also be taking Ballet classes and tap. It was for three days at two and a half hours. Nine am to eleven thirty. First day, I was able to stay home and get some stuff done around the apartment. Second and third day, we both went, and dropped her off there, because we have found that she has more fun without us there. Imagine that huh? And she met a real Princess Lucky her, huh? Angela got some good pics of her on the last day, and she learned the entire princess dance in the three days. I'll try to get video of her doing the dance with the music they used. Swim lessons are next ;) Love yall and talk to you later.
